While my goal was to become a news anchor, I fell into teaching, spending nearly 20 years in the education field. That experience lends to my current role as a loan officer, which also requires presenting information in a creative fashion. After years in the business, much of the practice is routine, but I never forget that the loan process can be an unnerving experience, and it is my job to provide the information that my customers need to make informed decisions. While my success is not measured by a numerical grade, it is driven by my customers’ evaluations of my performance, and I am committed to remaining best in class.
